Is a deposit required?
A $250 damage deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit will be completely refunded when the cleaning crew finds Bramble Lane Cottage by the Sea in good condition—with linens and furnishings intact—following check out, or if cancellation notification is received no less than 48 hours prior to check in date.

Are towels and sheets provided?
Yes.

Is there a place for campfires?
Yes, there is an outdoor fire pit.

Is there a barbecue at Bramble Lane Cottage by the Sea?
Yes, we have a propane barbecue.

Where is the closest grocery store?
Both Shelburne and Lockeport have all you need, and are about a 30 – 40 minute drive. Stock up on your way in; there is a small chest freezer at the cottage.

Is there a washer and dryer in the cottage?
Yes, there is a washer and dryer, as well as an outdoor clothesline.

Is there a phone at Bramble Lane Cottage by the Sea?
There is no phone, but cell service is good.

Is the tap water good to drink?
Yes, it is delicious well water that has been tested and is safe to drink.
